Bears on the Mountain Itinerary

• Drive yourself
• Check-in time: 3:00pm – welcome packet containing vouchers with your personal breakfast schedule
• 6:00pm:  Meet-n-greet held in the Golden Eagle Conference Center (upstairs)
• 6:30pm: Hot & cold apps, cash bar & Crème brûlée for Todd
• 7:30pm: Games (mandatory)

•  Breakfast (two seatings)
  • 7:30 am
  • 9:00 am
  • The Nest Restaurant
• 10:00am – 4:00pm: Massages with Scott
• 4:30pm-6:00pm: Bear Tea cocktail hour
• 6:00pm: Dinner in the Nest Restaurant including salad, entree that you have chosen and veggie & starch, dessert
• 7:15pm: Show: “Over The Mountain Thru The River & Into The Woods”
• 9:00pm – midnight: Social hour, with cash bar

  • Golden Eagle Conference Ctr  (Bathing suits must be worn at all times)
• 4:30pm – 10:00pm: Gay Movie, Pizza, Wine Tasting Run by Gee
  • There will be 2 Gay Comedy Movies and Side Skits. Between the Movies: Pizza and Wine
  • Tasting of 6 wines (Please come in your Onesie, PJ’s or Lounge Wear)

• 9:30am: Farewell Breakfast
  • Group Pictures will be taken, so look pretty
