I think this year's event went very nicely and I enjoyed myself. I know Yushi did too.
PS. If the event is that time consuming to pull off, I suggest you think about doing an overnight only, not a weekend. Whoever wants to hang around for a whole weekend can. It seems it would be less work for you. Also, it would be easier for you to let a hotel handle all the bookings once you negotiate a rate with them. Just my two cents.
